During the crayfishing season, Juggernaut and the crew will be fishing commercially many days of the week. It is therefore best to provide a range of possible dates that would work for you. This will increase the likelihood that we can make a charter work.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, all charters are subject to suitable weather conditions. While we encourage you to make reservations well in advance, it is also important to provide a range of possible dates to increase the likelihood that the weather will be kind. We usually have a fairly good indication whether the conditions will be suitable for a charter 5 days prior. However, it is important to note that weather forecasts are not always perfect and conditions can change rapidly.

 All charters require a minimum of 6 people. Fishing charters have a maximum capacity of 12. However, we recommend between 6 and 8 as everyone will then fish comfortably. We can accommodate 12 upon request. If you have a group of less than 6 people, we will endeavour to fill the remaining spots. If the remaining spots are unfilled, we will attempt to reschedule – another reason to provide a range of possible dates! If you are unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund on any deposit paid.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Upon receiving your reservation, if we deem it likely that your charter will go ahead (based our availabilty, booking numbers and weather conditions) we will provide you with our payment details and will require you to transfer the deposit. A minimum of 5 days notice must be given if a cancellation is made to avoid the forfeiture of your deposit. The final payment can be made in cash on the day of the charter or via direct deposit 5 days prior to the charter.
